I’m a working journalist with 20+ years experience at the BBC backed up by 10 years working in PR/communications at a university, the NHS and in business. I can help identify the stories that the media will be interested in and help build your confidence to tell them. I also make award-winning podcasts for organisations large and small.

I’m unusual in that I work on both sides; journalism and public relations/communications.

This means I can see stories and issues from a variety of perspectives.
