Latest podcast for Centre for Child and Family Justice sheds light on private family law

The latest episode in a podcast series made for the Centre for Child and Family Justice aims to overturn myths surrounding private family law.

Linda Cusworth, who leads the private law stream of work for the Family Justice Data Partnership (funded by the Nuffield Family Justice Observatory), speaks to colleague Claire Hargreaves and to Anna Sinclair, Head of Private Law Reform for Cafcass Cymru.

The half hour long podcast features a discussion about the role of Cafcass Cymru in private family law proceedings, some of the research undertaken in this area and how new findings have challenged a number of misconceptions.

The podcast is the latest in a series of thought provoking pieces now heard by a wide and growing audience involved in social care.
