I have made programmes such The Bridge for BBC Radio 4, episodes of the Profile series also for BBC Radio 4, presented the much-missed Morning Reports for BBC 5 Live and many, many more over the years.

The Medical Journalism Association, Royal Television Society, Sony Radio Awards and Shepherd Neame have kindly recognised my work.

More recently I have hosted podcasts for organisations including the NHS, National Trust and Lancaster University.

I write and produce multi media content for one of the new generation of regional news digital websites, Cumbria Crack focusing on business stories.
